A short drive from the Chicago suburbs, Lake Geneva, WI has much to offer for families looking for a fun weekend away. We recently made the trip. We stayed at the Timber Ridge Lodge Resort at the Grand Geneva. There was an indoor and outdoor waterpark that kept the kids busy and happy. When not playing in the water, we were just a quick drive into town where the girls enjoyed shopping at all of the quaint shops. Plenty of places to eat outside of the resort as well. I recommend Popeye's on the water. Great view. My only regret was not taking an extra day off! |
